Sheyla is a professional business coach and management trainer with over 15 years of experience in leadership and communication skills development. She has matured a strong ability to build excellent client relationships, to create a supportive climate for change and a deep understanding of people's development.
çHer clients include CEO’s, entrepreneurs, corporate executives coming from a variety of business sectors and industries. She predominantly works with large multinational companies, so she has excellent capabilities to work in multicultural environments.
She designs and manages training programs on leadership, communication and sales skills, conflict management and emotional intelligence development.
Sheyla is an expert at coaching in a variety of situations: managers looking for better performance and self-development; executive teams who want to be more effective and successful; high potential women willing to boost their career while gaining a better work-life balance.
Author of the book “Dal business coaching al coaching etico" (“From Business Coaching to Ethical Coaching”) she wrote articles on coaching and leadership for specialized business magazines.
She is also an experienced coach supervisor, working with individual coaches and groups of coaches. She is the founder of the Italian Coaching Community of Practice (CPC, with groups operating in Milan, Bologna and Rome) whose aim is to supervise senior coach’s practice.
Education & Certifications
Sheyla resides in Milan, Italy and is a native speaker in Italian and French and fluent in English. She has basic knowledge of German and Norwegian. She holds a Master of Science in Political Economics from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan.
Trained as an executive coach and team coach in France by Alliage Consulting, Sheyla also holds a masters degree in NLP and is a certified assessor of several questionnaires, such as: 360° LEA, DoLquest Dimension - which is based on a systemic approach and Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She has attended trainings on various soft-skills topics in Switzerland, England, France, Belgium and Italy.
Sheyla trains senior consultants and coaches on the use of DoLquest assessment tools to be applied in individual and team coaching programs.
