Change Management Workshop
The solution was a 3 day face-to-face programme delivered over a 2 week period with a 2 day work shop, 1 day follow up and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Case studies were based on actual events and participants were challenged to think creatively, manage conflict situations, negotiate and influence senior stakeholders and to motivate teams. The development of soft skills was integrated into the practical skills needed to implement change and manage projects.
Coaches were on hand to provide immediate, direct and insightful feedback. Edge PACE 360 reports provided development insights from managers, colleagues and stakeholders for coaches and participants to work with during the workshop. Follow up 1:1 sessions allowed participants to work with their coaches to embed new behaviours and skills.
Edge Leadership Workshop
A case study was used throughout all the workshop sessions which were designed to be challenging and thought-provoking. There was plenty of opportunity to collaborate in group sessions and practise skills with actors simulating realistic business scenarios. Edge Business Partner Workshop
Working closely with the senior executive to ensure the required outcomes were achieved we designed and delivered a 2 day workshop which was rolled out across their global divisions. The workshops were highly experiential using professional role players, tailored case studies, business simulations and practical activities to enable new skills and behaviours to be truly embedded into the organisation. Using Edge PACE 360 and Edge Benchmark, all participants were able to raise their awareness of how they compared with industry best practice and their peers within the organisation. This enabled every participant to create targeted realistic development plans. Monthly challenges supported their development along with follow up coaching sessions.
